Started by someone who has done this job
Before Cloverpo, I spent years as a virtual assistant for U.S. healthcare practices, handling the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a clinic running and its patients cared for.
When that work slips, patients feel it first.
I started Cloverpo for assistants who take that work seriously. Every Cloverpo assistant is trained before day one. I’ve done this work myself, and that’s the standard we hold.

Questions from applicants
Do I have to pay anything to apply?
No. Applying and training are free, and we never ask applicants to pay a fee. If anyone asks you for money in Cloverpo’s name, don’t pay, and email us at careers@cloverpo.com.
What shift will I work?
U.S. business hours for your client, which are night shifts in the Philippines. Your exact schedule depends on your client’s time zone and needs, and you’ll know it before you start.
Do I need healthcare experience?
Yes, and that’s what makes our VAs stand out. You’ll bring a healthcare degree, or experience in U.S. healthcare administration or as a healthcare virtual assistant. Medical Coders also need a current CPC, CCS or equivalent coding certification.
How much does the job pay, and when?
Full-time pay starts at US$1,000 a month and rises to US$1,075 after six months of continuous service with an active client, subject to the terms of the written agreement. From there, yearly pay reviews and strong results can take you up to US$1,149 a month. Pay is sent on the 15th and the 30th. Part-time pays US$6.35 an hour. We confirm your pay with you before you start.
Am I an employee?
You work with Cloverpo as an independent contractor, from home in the Philippines. You’ll register with the BIR (or already be registered) before you start client work, and we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
What support will I have once I start?
You’re never on your own. Our team checks in with you regularly and is here when questions come up, and your client shows you how their practice works. Our founder has done this job, so we understand the work you do.
Is this long-term work?
Yes, our placements are built to last. Your six-month pay increase, yearly pay reviews and the 18-month direct-hire path all reward growing with the same client.
Is training free?
Yes. Training on Cloverpo’s standards, privacy rules and role skills is free. Once you’re placed, your client shows you how their practice works.
Can my client hire me directly?
Yes. After 18 months with Cloverpo, the practice you support can hire you as their own in-house employee. It’s your client’s decision and depends on your performance and their needs.
What if I don’t have all the equipment yet?
Apply anyway and tell us what you have. We check your setup together on a short video call before you start with a client, and help you turn on the security settings you need.
Why do I need an NBI clearance?
You’ll work inside U.S. healthcare practices’ systems, so a background check is part of keeping clients and patients safe. You’ll need a valid NBI clearance before client work begins.
How long does hiring take?
We move as quickly as screening allows and take care to match you with the right client for your skills. We keep you updated at every step, so you always know where you stand.
Can I apply if I live outside the Philippines?
Right now we’re hiring Filipino citizens living in the Philippines. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
